Entre Nous jockey Daniel Stackhouse crosses the line first in the Benalla Gold Cup on Saturday.

The winning horse in Saturday’s Benalla Gold Cup was Entre Nous, crossing the line after a 1min 37.23sec race.

Jockey Daniel Stackhouse led Entre Nous over the line three-quarters of a length ahead of second-placed Our Bottino with jockey Ryan Maloney.

Third place was Khutulun with jockey Nikita Beriman, three and three-quarter lengths behind Entre Nous.

The winning horse earned its owners $27500 in prizemoney; Our Bottino scored $9000 and Khutulun took home $4500.
