The final round of the winter pennant competition produced impressive performances from many teams with an eye to the finals.
In A-grade action, Owls fought hard to hold off Wallabies, with John Bajada leading the team to a convincing 4-1 victory to seal their finals spot.
Top team Kookaburras continued to impress with a 5-0 victory over Possums. Brian Harrington and Jeff Austen were in great form to win all their matches in style.
Adrian Squires played brilliantly to take Rosellas to an emphatic 4-1 victory over Echidnas. Plovers were too strong for Taipans, with Gavan Crothers starring to account for both singles.
Top team Numbats had to produce its best to overcome a determined Wombats unit. Ray Grant was in superb form, playing brilliantly to win both singles.
Mozzies were too strong for Redbacks, showing their class to enjoy a solid 4-1 victory. Chris Lee won both singles matches.
Eagles pounced on Gliders, taking a 4-1 victory. Beth Grant won both singles in a fine display.
Frogs fought back to overcome Bullants for a tense 3-2 victory. Pauline Hooper and Sienna Irwin were in top form.
Magpies had a 4-1 victory over Crickets. Bruce Stennett was the standout, winning both singles.
Hawks beat Koalas in the match of the round, posting a 3-2 victory. Jackson Squires and Sally Young fought well to win a singles each.

The Bombers have landed a grand final berth after overcoming the Eagles 3-2 in the first A-grade semi-final last week.
The Eagles play the Falcons tonight to see who their grand final opponent will be.
The Tigers defeated the Wombats, 3-2. The Wombats play the Farmers to see who will face the Tigers next week.
The Cockies defeated the Vixens 4-1, seeing them through to the B-grade final, while the Vixens will play the Saints to determine their opponent.
All matches will be played at the Tatong Hall starting at 7.30pm. All players are asked to bring a small plate for supper.
